Remember these shoes of Gavin's?
Every time I put them on his feet, I get a little happier. It's funny how something so simple can brighten one's mood.....well this happens to me anyway. And, now I get even happier when I put them on his feet, when I also put this shirt on him as well!
Adorable, don't you think?!
One or two of our other boys wore this shirt when they were younger, but I didn't think it would fit Gavin until after he had grown out of these matching shoes. But, I tried it on him last week and it already fits him! Yay!
Can you tell this makes me happy?! :)
Last week I also decided that Gavin needed a haircut. This is always a chore, because Gavin likes his hair cut just about as much as he likes to have a bath! (NOT AT ALL!)
Here is a picture of him before the haircut:
And, here is a picture of him after the haircut:
I personally think he looks cute either way, but there are some strong opinions in our family about how some of us prefer Gavin's hair. So, I'm wondering which way do you prefer it.....Long or Short?
"Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father's will. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows." Matthew 10:29-31

Hmmmm, that's tough because he seriously looks cute either way, but I think that I prefer it long...but only prefer it a little bit lol!
Oh, golly, that's a hard one. I am lovin' them shoes. I think he looks so much more like the big boy he's becoming with the hair cut. Still cute as ever either way.
That shirt made me smile and Gavin looks so handsome with his new haircut! Isaac hates anyone touching his head so haircuts are a challenge here too. Good job Mom!
I like the short hair, but that's pretty much my standard answer as I almost always prefer short hair. Caleb absolutely hates to have his hair cut too. He screams and cries the entire time. Something we definitely don't look forward to at our house.
Cutting Jax hair is soo dificult! Since he can't hold his head up, I have to hold his head while they cut around my fingers! I should have bought those shoes when you first showed them!
Oh he looks adorable! Love his hair both ways-
LOVE the shoes and shirt! Very cute...when he gets even bigger, maybe he'll let TateMan borrow them! ;o)
Hard to say which way he looks cuter, hairwise, but I'm gonna have to pick the shorter hair. He just looks so handsome when you can see that face and those beautiful eyes! xoxo
He is so absolutely precious. I love his one fish, two.... Best dressed lil man. I always love coming to your blog because you do pictures. Thank you.
My men always wear their hair short!!! Short brings out their features so much better in my opinion. I just love his shirt and matching shoes with his blue jeans.
He is just a precious as he can be.!!!
Love, Sharon

I think he's cute either way. The shorter hair makes him look more grown up. So if you still want him to look like your baby - then long works. Otherwise that big boy wears the short do pretty well too. He's looking good.
